Job Summary
Join our dynamic tree care team as a Tree Service Climber or ground person, where your expertise will help shape healthy, beautiful landscapes. In this energetic role, you will ascend trees safely and efficiently to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks that enhance the safety and aesthetics of urban and rural environments. Duties
- Safely ascend and descend trees using climbing gear, rigging techniques, and spider lift to access difficult areas.
- Perform precise tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations to promote tree health and landscape safety.
- Utilize rigging equipment to control the safe lowering of branches and debris during tree work.
- Operate spider lifts to reach elevated work sites efficiently and climb
- Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks such as, planting, and shrub trimming when needed, as well as general clean up
- Follow all safety protocols related to tree care, rigging, equipment operation, and working at heights.
Requirements
- Proven growing experience in arboriculture or related horticulture fields with a strong understanding of tree care practices.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting, and working at heights for extended periods.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe removal or pruning of large branches or trees.
- Experience operating chip trucks with tow behinds, spider lift , and other aerial equipment safely

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
