What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to GM and dealership standards
- Complete repair orders accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on quality
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
- Inspect vehicles to identify additional maintenance or safety-related needs
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members
- Document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders
- Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- GM Certification required
- Minimum of 4 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
- Valid Indiana Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and shop tools
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform the physical duties required in a service environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
