Service area is a radius of Saratoga Springs streching to Vermont. The more open you are to travel, the more work we can provide.
PURPOSE: Andersen window and door subcontracting partners provide expert service and consultation to customers regarding Andersen window products. Promote the long-term use of Andersen products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Experience: Deliver enterprise service solutions that elevate the customer experience and promote the value of the Andersen brand.
- Service Delivery: Dismantle and replace windows and door components in commercial and residential settings, ensuring respect for the environment.
- Timely Repairs: Complete repairs, adjustments, and replacements in a timely manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain proper maintenance of tools and equipment used for service tasks.
- Work Scheduling: Schedule own work, understanding the appropriate sense of urgency for the customer and situation.
- Documentation: Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including expense reports, job assessments, and hours. Complete electronic paperwork of assigned tasks in an accurate manner.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and document product performance, communicating with responsible service support personnel on outstanding issues or product trends.
- Work Activities: Perform work activities while on ladders/scaffolding or other lift devices. Carry tools, products, and other miscellaneous parts to/from the worksite and during the day.
- Customer Relations: Demonstrate the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with customers and other company employees.
- Customer Interaction: Work with customers in their homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and clutter-free worksite upon entry, during repair, and upon leaving the jobsite.
- Installation Knowledge: Possess fundamental knowledge of window and door installation best practices and the ability to assess construction issues as they relate to the installation and performance of Andersen windows and doors.
- Warranty Compliance: Enforce warranty compliance, communicate, and disseminate warranty policy information.
REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE
- Lifting and Maneuvering: Lift and maneuver materials and products up to 70 lbs. independently; enlist other associates for assistance with materials/products weighing more than 70 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
- Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
- - General Liability - $1Million Each Occurrence
- - Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit
- - Worker's Compensation -- $500K Policy Limit

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
