Communi-Pro, LLC is a pediatric speech-language pathology private practice dedicated to helping children build strong communication skills across home, school, and community settings. We are expanding our services into Camden and the surrounding Kershaw County area, providing therapy in daycares, preschools, and in-home environments, working closely with families and educators to support each child's growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This role involves working directly with children in daycare, preschool, and in-home settings to carry out individualized treatment plans, support communication development, and collaborate with families and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in daycare, preschool, and in-home settings
- Document session notes, progress, and data collection accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and daycare/preschool staff
- Prepare and organize therapy materials appropriate for young children
- Attend supervision meetings and follow all supervision requirements per SC licensure guidelines
- Maintain a flexible travel schedule across Camden and the surrounding Kershaw County area
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program (required)
- Current SLPA licensure in South Carolina, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with young children in home and childcare settings
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Pay: $38.50 - $40.00 per hour
