Do you want to lead a team of technicians in a fast growing manufacturing business offering stability, long-term progression and training?
Are you a Maintenance Leader from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a highly varied, hands on leadership role?
In this position you will operate on 1st shift, leading maintenance technicians across pre-planned and reactive maintenance programs. You will work both in a hands on and leadership capacity, be the subject matter expert for troubleshooting and repairing complex problems. The position requires flexibility to work on call when required, offers a full company package and great earning potential.
The successful candidate will have an electrical and mechanical skillset, experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery and be able to effectively lead the team.
The Position:
- Lead four maintenance technicians through reactive and preplanned maintenance programs across a range of industrial equipment
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install a range of manufacturing and industrial equipment
