Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team to clean a commercial store Mon, Wed & Fr from7AM -9am $40 PER DAY $240 Bi weekly.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. You must be familiar with using a auto scrubber and commercial cleaning of sales floors and bathrooms. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will ensure that all assigned areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for cleaning offices, sales floor, break room, bathrooms, grooming salon, front entrance & training center.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and utilize auto scrubber each service, and vacuuming entrence to maintain clean surfaces.
- Carry out custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the property.
- Provide industrial cleaning services in specialized environments when required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Restock bathrooms with toilet paper and paper towels as well. As restocking break room paper towels.
- Maintaining proper safety while handling equipment and utilizing what floor signs while mopping and using auto scrubber.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
- Maintaining and cleaning autoscrubber after each use by wiping it down and rinsing it thoroughly.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Experience with utilizing a auto scrubber.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
All employees must have reliable transportation as well reliable cell phone service and able to download apps for work use. You are required to fill out the checklist.And have the manager on duty sign off on your checklist before leaving the premises. You are also required to clock in and out via a app and provide screenshot of service completed with completed checklist after each service.
