Candidate should possess management skills, HVAC sheet metal knowledge and project management - big plus for those with experience in the service side of business. 10 years of Mechanical HVAC SALES experience
College Education or Higher
Background in Project Management
Advanced knowledge of the HVAC business and sales process
Proficient in understanding blueprints & MEP software
Must be able to work under pressure and meet goals
Must have executive level negotiation skills
Organize and lead a team from start to project completion
Duties include:
Develop sales thru design build projects for clients along with knowledge of Service Replacement projects.
Negotiate contracts with GC's and subcontractors
Organize and project manage multiple projects & handle project closeout
Follow and develop company policy strategies to insure profitability
Review assigned employees and motivate for success
