What You'll Do:
- Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
- Process billing and account information accurately
- Post customer payments and manage recurring auto drafts
- Assist customers with account cancellations and billing questions
- Provide exceptional customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service and accounts receivable/accounting
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
