Culinary Team Member – Multiple Positions Available

Galley Hatch Restaurant is looking for motivated and dependable Culinary Team Members to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring for multiple back-of-house positions and experience levels, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

- Other culinary and kitchen support positions
Placement will be based on experience, availability, and the needs of our culinary team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Galley Hatch recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain an organized, properly stocked workstation
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Maintain quality, consistency, presentation, and portion standards
- Communicate and work effectively with chefs and fellow culinary team members
- Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
- Work efficiently and maintain composure during high-volume services
- Follow direction from chefs and kitchen leadership
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional kitchen

- Willingness to learn and work multiple stations when needed
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or culinary experience is preferred for certain positions, but we are willing to train motivated candidates
