WaterDrop Systems is hiring a team member to assist in the production of our innovative drop-in commercial hot water solution, WaterDrop. The ideal candidate for the position will be a skilled fabricator with diverse experience in HSS steel construction.
Position: Fabrication Associate
Hours: 40 hours per week (M-TH 10 hrs/day 6:30AM – 5:00PM)
Salary: $22 - $24/hour

Job Duties:
- Cut, mill, and drill steel frame components from raw stock per specified drawings
- MIG weld frame components per specified drawings
- Prep completed frames for shipment
- Operate forklift to unload deliveries, load completed frames, and organize shop.
- Clean/maintain work area and tools
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a steel fabricator.
- Read and follow specified CAD models/prints.
- Convert decimals to fractions and read tape measurer.
- Operate hand-held power tools.
- Operate band saw, mill, and drill press.
- MIG Welding
- Knowledge of steel deformation.
- CNC experience a plus.
- Able to lift 75 lbs.
- Able to walk and stand for several hours continuously.
- High school diploma or equivalent
