As an E-Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of e-billing for assigned e-billing vendors in addition to assisting billing coordinators, attorneys, secretaries and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns. You will promote an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
On any given day, you will:

Responsible for all aspects of e-billing for assigned e-billing vendors, including submitting invoices through the e-billing hub and documenting progress within the e-billing hub and e-billing tracker.

Submit timekeepers, budgets and accruals to vendor websites when necessary.

Assist billing coordinators, attorneys, secretaries and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns.

Monitor e-billing daily for rejections and new invoices to e-bill.

Resolve aged, reduced, appealed and/or rejected invoices timely and within allotted client and/or vendor specific timeframes.

Work closely with supervisor and managers to resolve any e-billing or client e-billing issues.

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years legal billing experience preferred.

Familiarity with e-vendor websites.
