We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through closeout — managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Leading and coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Monitoring costs, approve invoices, and controlling expenditures to budget
- Overseeing site operations, quality control, and workmanship standards
- Enforcing OSHA safety requirements and building code compliance
- Identifying and mitigating risks; resolving all field issues to maintain project momentum
- Maintaining project documentation: contracts, change orders, RFIs, and status reports
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands on construction project management experience in construction and landscaping
- Must have working experience simultaneously managing several projects and sub contractors.
- Must have experience and relationships with various city permitting agencies
- Must have building codes, permitting, and OSHA safety regulations experience
- Proficiency/ in Google suites , some knowledge of Builder, Procore or similar platforms preferred. Valid driver's license; ability to travel to project sites
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
