We are currently seeking a full time, Office & Community Manager Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and communicate both verbally and in written form
- Have sound customer service, decision making, time management, and follow-up skills
- Be a self-starter, detail oriented, and organized
- Have a proven track record of working both independently and in a team environment, handling a diverse set of responsibilities, while maintaining superior customer service.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Field and direct incoming association related calls/emails
- Oversee all Office Administrative duties, to include but are not limited to, opening and distributing mail, etc.
- Support staff of Community Association Managers with daily tasks and projects
- Administer pool keys to residents and facilitate assistance with pool related issues
- Maintain a professional working relationship with owners, Board of Directors, committee members, and vendors
- Minimum Requirements: College degree preferred, at least a year of administrative experience, experience working a multi-line phone system, working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
