Right at Home Waukesha & West Allis is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors throughout West Allis, Milwaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Muskego, Elm Grove, and surrounding communities.
Whether you're looking for day shifts, 12-hour overnight shifts (8 PM-8 AM), or a flexible part-time schedule, we'll work with your availability while providing the support you deserve.

Pay
CNA: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Caregiver / PCW / HHA: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Weekly Pay Every Friday

Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities
As an In-Home Caregiver or CNA, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent by providing:
- Personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Safe transfers and mobility support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Overnight supervision and safety monitoring during overnight shifts
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Caregiver Qualifications
We're looking for compassionate professionals who have:
- At least 1 year of professional hands-on caregiving experience
- CNA certification preferred (experienced caregivers, HHAs, and PCWs are encouraged to apply)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- A dependable, caring, and professional attitude
