Beocom Technologies is a Veteran Owned & Operated IT services company based in the heart of Fort Collins, serving small businesses, farms, offices, and organizations across Northern Colorado. We deliver military-grade IT support: computer and printer repair, network installation, cybersecurity, security camera systems, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, and more.
We are also a registered DoD contractor actively pursuing government and defense-sector work — which means the right technician won't just fix computers. You'll have opportunities to work alongside our engineering team on cutting-edge technology projects supporting our government and DoD partners as we grow.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled, reliable Computer Repair Technician who wants flexible work that actually pays fairly. This is not an hourly grind — you earn a direct percentage of every job you complete:
- 40% of labor revenue on in-shop repairs (clients drop off at our downtown office)
- 50% of labor revenue + $25 trip fee on on-site service calls
- Guaranteed minimum payout per completed job — you will never drive across town for pocket change
- Monthly volume bonus: +5% on all labor in months with 10+ completed jobs
- 10% commission when your repair work converts a customer into an ongoing service plan
The more you work and the better you treat customers, the more you earn — your success and the company's success are directly linked.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair desktops and laptops (Windows primarily; Mac experience a plus)
- Virus/malware removal, OS reinstalls, hardware replacement, data migration, performance tuning
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Occasional on-site visits to homes and small businesses in the Fort Collins area
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers
- Represent Beocom with professionalism — we're a veteran-owned company and our reputation is everything
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on PC repair experience (professional or serious hobbyist with demonstrable skills)
- Own reliable transportation for on-site calls
- Strong customer communication — you can explain tech problems in plain English
- Integrity, punctuality, and pride in quality work
- Ability to pass a background check (required for future government-related work)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus, but skills matter more than paper
