Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Gaming Attendant to join our dynamic casino team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of casino table games and gaming areas, provide exceptional guest service, and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Your leadership skills will help foster a welcoming environment for players while maintaining strict adherence to casino policies and procedures. Responsibilities
- Oversee casino table games operations, ensuring all activities comply with gaming regulations and internal policies.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including chip exchanges, payouts, and cashiering duties using casino player tracking systems (PTS).
- Supervise and support casino staff, including dealers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing player inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor gaming floor activities continuously through CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to prevent misconduct or fraud.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, game reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in training new staff on casino operations, customer service excellence, and regulatory requirements to ensure team competence.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience within the casino or gaming industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Experience with casino table games operations and familiarity with casino cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of casino industry regulations, including gaming compliance standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict management.
- Basic math skills and strong numeracy to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Technical proficiency in using casino player tracking systems (PTS) and other gaming technology tools.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced casino environment is highly preferred.
