In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging potential clients through door-to-door outreach, leveraging your sales expertise to promote innovative co-packing and transload services at our La Porte, TX facility. Your sales expertise, customer-focused approach, and understanding of industrial chemical solutions will help you build long-term customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and deliver reliable supply chain solutions across the chemical industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a fast-paced environment with a base salary plus commission.
Duties
- Conduct proactive door-to-door sales campaigns to introduce bagging, co-packing, and transload solutions in the Houston, TX region.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing approaches to generate leads and expand customer base.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and follow up on leads effectively.
- Engage in technical sales discussions, explaining the benefits of co-packing and private- labeling bagging tailored to each client’s needs.
- Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop new sales strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within CRM systems for seamless pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in co-packing and transloading sales, with a track record of successful deal closing.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and technical sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines is preferred.
- Ability to conduct door-to-door outreach confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques related to energy solutions co-packing/private labeling selling is a plus.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others toward achieving sales goals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $86,035.81 per year
