About the Role
We are hiring an Entry-Level Processing Team Member to join our crew in Delta. This is a hands-on role in our beef processing plant where you’ll help ensure that products are prepared, packaged, and handled safely. If you take pride in doing honest work, want to learn new skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Operate processing equipment and tools used in beef production
- Package finished products accurately for distribution
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain food safety standards
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals while keeping quality first
- Follow all safety and HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and compliance
- Operate processing and tracking software used to monitor workflow and production.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks
- Comfortable using knives and food prep tools safely (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and food safety
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in food or meat processing is helpful but not required
