Job Summary
We seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our policyholders, responsible for providing exceptional service, managing policy updates, and assisting with sales. The ideal candidate must hold an active 4-40, 2-20, or equivalent insurance license.
Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat in both English and the second language to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Assist clients with account management and general insurance services support.
- Promote and explain insurance products and sales opportunities tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct accurate data entry of customer information, transaction details, and service requests into company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow established procedures to safeguard customer accounts.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Previous experience in customer service and insurance and financial sales is highly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
