Join our dynamic team as a Valet/Bell Stand Attendant, where your enthusiasm for guest service and hospitality will shine! In this lively role, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter, providing exceptional valet and bell services that set the tone for a memorable experience. Your energetic approach to assisting guests with their vehicles and luggage will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, offering prompt and courteous valet services.
- Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Assist guests with their luggage, packages, or other belongings at the bell stand with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized bell stand area and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Physical Demands in the Work Environment
- Ability to work under varied weather conditions.
- Be able to make quick decisions and possess good judgment.
- Must be able to stand during the entire duration of their shift.
- I must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles, and lift packages.
- Must be able to continually push, lift, and carry up to 65lbs throughout the hotel during entire shift.
- Physically strenuous, prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs, intermittent exposure to outside elements.
