About Us
Lunas Los Angeles is a modern café specializing in handcrafted espresso drinks, premium matcha, fresh teas, and gourmet sandwiches. We believe every guest should leave with an exceptional drink and an even better experience.
We're looking for friendly, energetic baristas who are passionate about coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, teas, and specialty beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction
- Operate the POS system and process customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the espresso bar and café
- Restock cups, syrups, milk, and supplies throughout the day
- Maintain beverage consistency and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy rushes
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Passion for coffee and customer service
