Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable team lead for its growing business. We are looking for a motivated candidate, who has experience with TO-GO and Delivery kitchen operations. Candidates must be loyal to ownership and management; and must also possess quick decision-making skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise/Lead shift ensuring shift operates at the highest level.

Deliver a high level of customer service to guests.

Assist with opening and closing tasks. Open or close with a team.

Must possess an ability to delegate.

Accurate and honest cash drawer and tip management.

Be a menu expert; Follow prep and salad recipe standards.

Follow proven systems for set-up, stock and close.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

Basic math and computer skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong task and time management abilities.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc.… for extended periods, and lift 25 lbs.
