Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer focused individuals to join our Express Carwash team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales through positive customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
· Promote and sell carwash services and membership plans
· Assist customers with service selection and payment processing
· Ensure the carwash area is clean, safe, and well-maintained
· Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly
· Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year previous carwash experience
· Proven experience in sales and customer service
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform some physical tasks
