We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating spaces that make people feel special. Someone who naturally notices the little things, takes pride in their work, and feels a sense of accomplishment leaving every cabin and every corner of the resort better than they found it.
You don’t need years of housekeeping experience to be successful here. We can teach our systems, cleaning standards, and processes. What we’re really looking for is someone who cares about doing great work, enjoys staying busy, and wants to be part of building something special.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility is making sure our guests arrive to a resort that exceeds their expectations.
That includes preparing and cleaning cabins between stays, restocking amenities, making beds, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and ensuring every space feels fresh, comfortable, and ready for the next guests.
Beyond the cabins, you’ll help keep the entire property looking its best. Whether it’s organizing supplies, refreshing outdoor spaces, picking up debris after a windy day, or helping prepare the resort for a busy weekend, we’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the overall guest experience, not just checking off a cleaning list.
One of the most valuable parts of this position is simply paying attention. If you notice a light bulb that’s out, firewood running low, a loose chair, or something that doesn’t meet our standards, you take initiative. We’d much rather fix small issues before a guest notices them.

You might be the kind of person who straightens pillows at a hotel, organizes a messy shelf without thinking twice, or notices details that most people walk right past. You don’t need to be asked to do the right thing because taking ownership comes naturally.
We believe those qualities matter more than having years of housekeeping experience. We can teach someone how we fold towels or prepare a cabin. It’s much harder to teach someone to genuinely care about the finished product.
