At HTX Management Group Corporation, we partner with AT&T to provide customers with information about wireless, internet, and entertainment services through in-person interactions. We are looking for an Entry Level AT&T Associate who enjoys working with people and is eager to deliver a positive customer experience to join our team in Austin.
In this role, you'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers by explaining available products, answering questions, and helping individuals choose services that fit their needs. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide the training and support you need to become confident in the role.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT&T Associate
- Engage directly with customers and introduce them to AT&T products and available service options.
- Explain features, pricing, and current promotions in a clear and professional manner.
- Help customers compare services and complete new account enrollments.
- Address questions and provide solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process required paperwork.
- Stay informed on AT&T product updates and promotional offers through ongoing training.
- Deliver a professional, friendly experience during every customer interaction.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support overall sales objectives.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
