The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative design process to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality design solutions. Education
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in design management, preferably within the commercial furniture or interior design industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to completion.

Experience in managing and mentoring design teams to achieve project goals.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to design and construction.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and CET.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the ability to incorporate them into projects.

Contract furniture industry knowledge, required.

Working knowledge of Herman Miller and/or Knoll, preferred.
