BREEN Design Group is currently seeking Junior-level Structural Drafter. The candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD, with prior experience in the structural drafting and detailing.
Responsibilities

Creating and modifying structural drawings using AutoCAD, based on hand-drawn sketches, marked-up pdf files, and/or verbal instructions.

Develops necessary plans and details with limited supervision.

Ensure that the deliverables and are on schedule, complete and meet company's QA requirements.
Qualifications

Drafting Diploma or Certificate, Associate Degree in an engineering design related technology preferred.

2+ years of structural drafting experience using AutoCAD.

Ability to interpret structural, architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Knowledge and understanding of standard practices and principles for structural drafting and detailing.

Knowledge of US standards for concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction, especially for projects located in CA.

Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
