Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500/week
- Annual equivalent: $63,000–$78,000/year
- CPM: 45¢-60¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)
- Miles: 2,000–2,500 per week
Orientation
- One day long
- Covers safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment
- Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
- Transportation and hotel accommodations provided
Home Time
- Home every single day after your shift
- Night Shift
Freight & Routes
- This account features dedicated Walmart freight with 100% no-touch loads operating throughout the Southeast. Drivers run established routes with consistent freight volumes, steady miles, and efficient operations year-round
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- Automatic transmission only - manual restriction accepted
- Assigned truck

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- No prior experience needed - new graduates welcome
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must reside within 25 miles of Cape Coral, FL
- Basic load securement knowledge
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- MVR checked for last 3 years
- Background check for last 10 years
- Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated refrigerated lanes
- Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
