Backed by Imperial Capital, we're partnering with premier roofing brands across the United States to create a world-class platform of residential roofing services. We've revolutionized the traditional roofing sales process by conducting our quotes entirely over the phone, eliminating the need for in-home visits or prospecting for leads. Our innovative approach combines cutting-edge technology with comprehensive training to set our sales team up for success.
About This Position
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with warm inbound leads that have been pre-qualified by our team. Your role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting our roofing solutions over the phone, and guiding homeowners through the buying process from start to finish. This is a full-time office-based position where you'll receive ongoing coaching and attend weekly training sessions. The position includes an eight-week training program with competitive weekly training pay while you learn our proven sales system and master our product lines.
Qualifications / Expectations
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required Self-motivated with strong determination is required Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments is required Comfortable making outbound phone calls is required Previous sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required Home Improvement industry experience is a plus
