About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, reliable construction worker with basic framing, concrete and general construction experience to join our team on residential home building projects in the Cedar Hill area. Responsibilities
- Perform construction work including handling material, basic framing, concrete work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and work orders
- Take accurate field measurements and cut materials to spec
- Assist with various stages of home construction as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
Requirements
- Proven construction experience — required
- Basic carpentry skills including measuring, cutting, and fastening
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to Cedar Hill job sites
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
