Responsibilities
- You’ll play a key role in protecting product quality and keeping operations running smoothly:
- Perform incoming inspection and approval of bulk products
- Inspect and approve packaging components; prepare first-receipt material standards
- Monitor and maintain sampling booth temperatures (as applicable)
- Prepare bulk samples for customer testing and retesting
- Place materials/components on Hold and manage all related documentation
- Review receiving reports and verify documentation accuracy
- Collect and prepare samples for customers and external testing labs
- Document nonconforming or out-of-specification results
- Support investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records and logs for materials and specifications
- Distribute receiving documentation to Accounts Payable & Inventory Control
- Retrieve historical receipt paperwork from IMI records
- Perform cycle counts as needed
- Execute inventory transactions and control material status in ERP system
- Process ERP transactions for rejected and shipped materials
- Monitor obsolete inventory and perform ERP status changes/removals
- Cross-train across departmental functions
- Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
- Overtime required based on business needs

Physical Requirement
- Lift 60+ pounds as needed
- Walk and move throughout the facility for extended distances
- Stand for extended periods (8+ hours)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
