EXPERIENCE:
-A standard high school diploma or an approved General Educational Development (GED).
-A minimum of 1 year of documented experience and/or training working with children.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Adhere to BASCC Quality Standards
-Directly supervise children
-Accurately track student locations
-Follow program's behavior plan
-use positive behavior guidance techniques
-Facilitate student activities
-maintain cleanliness and order of assigned areas and equipment
