You'll work alongside more than 1,300 physicians and 2,000 nurses caring for complex patients across nationally renowned specialties including cardiac care, transplantation, neuroscience, and orthopedics. What You’ll Do
- Deliver advanced respiratory care across five specialized ICUs, including cardiovascular, coronary, neurological, surgical, and medical-respiratory units.
- Manage ventilators and utilize advanced respiratory therapies, including NAVA ventilation and inhaled pulmonary vasodilators.
- Perform specialized procedures such as arterial line placement and esophageal balloon monitoring.
- Support hyperbaric medicine programs in one of the nation's largest multi-place hyperbaric chambers.
- Provide exceptional patient care through respiratory treatments, medication administration, and patient/family education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to achieve safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
- Mentor new teammates and students while contributing to innovative therapies and complex critical care cases.
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum)
- WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023
- BLS certification (AHA) and ACLS Certification
Schedule Details
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Day and Night shifts available: Days, 0630-1900 & Nights, 1830-0700
- Every 4th weekend & holiday rotation
- Power Shift availability: 0930-2200
- 0.75 (2 days/3 days)
