High-Ticket Closer — Med Spa ($2K–$5K Packages)
We're a growing med spa looking for a closer who turns warm consultations into premium treatment packages. Our marketing brings the leads — you build rapport, diagnose needs, present the right package, and close.
What you'll do
- Run in-person consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Close packages ranging from $1,000 to $7,000 (injectables, facials, body contouring, peels, memberships)
- Handle objections with confidence and integrity
- Track every lead in our CRM and hit monthly revenue targets
What we're looking for
- 1+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2K+) in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or comparable consultative sales
- A real closer — you ask for the sale, then ask again
- Emotional intelligence and a disciplined follow-up game
- Comfort discussing skin, body, and self-image with warmth and zero judgment
- Professional presence
Compensation: Base + uncapped commission. Top closers earn 100k+/year.
