We're growing fast in one of the most design-conscious markets in the Mountain West, and we need a confident, personable closer to meet homeowners, design the vision, and close the sale — all in a single visit.
Every appointment is warm and pre-booked. You show up, you present, you close.
What You'll Do:
- Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments (all leads generated by our Facebook ads and booked by our in-house setters — no cold knocking, no self-generating)
- Measure the roofline and design a custom lighting layout tailored to the home
- Present the vision, walk homeowners through financing options, and close same-visit
- Build trust quickly with homeowners who take pride in their properties
- Represent a premium, design-led brand with integrity and polish
What You'll Earn:
- Commission-only, red-line pay model: jobs price at $24–$40/ft, and you keep 100% of every dollar per foot above the $22/ft red line
- Retroactive monthly tiers: 80% up to $40K, 90% up to $70K, 100% above $70K
- $150 bonus per financed deal
- $1,500 bonus for big months
- No cap on earnings — typical closers earn $90K–$160K/year; top performers clear $200K+
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, personable closer who thrives presenting in someone's living room
- Sales experience in solar, roofing, home improvement, or similar is a plus — not required
- Comfortable designing on the spot and closing in the same visit
- Reliable transportation
- Hungry, coachable, and driven by uncapped opportunity
- Local to the St. George / Washington County area preferred
