Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in EE with minimum of 5 years experience in IC test engineering. Experience with high speed mixed-signal testers. Experience in development of production worthy test program and test hardware. Good understanding of high speed IC test methodology. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Design and development of test load board and test program for use in production testers. Interface with design and application engineers to incorporate the required tests. Interface with outside test houses. Test and characterization of parts. Correlation of production tests to lab characterization tests. Work with design engineers to integrate testability into the design. Generate production test reports and minimize test cost. Documentation of all the work done.
