Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Head of Hygiene Recruiting to join a DSO located in Bridgewater, NJ.
This role is in-person at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office, with travel for career events and meetings throughout territory as needed.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored specifically for hygiene-related positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for hygiene roles across multiple locations.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse to manage candidate data efficiently and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct negotiations with candidates and external partners to secure top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and labor regulations.
- Oversee talent management initiatives related to hygiene staffing, including succession planning, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Lead research efforts on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to optimize sourcing strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage social media platforms and digital channels for targeted outreach and brand positioning in the hygiene recruitment space.
- Ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards such as employment law and labor regulations while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for recruitment team members to enhance their skills in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and relationship management.
Skills
- Proven expertise in technical recruiting within health-related or hygiene sectors with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate job requirements clearly and foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse to streamline hiring processes.
- Demonstrated success in internal recruiting efforts through HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
