Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and trained product knowledge to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
As you work with our trainers to build sales and marketing skills, you will inform customers of our products and pique their interest in our services, you will be the face of customer engagement.
- Relationship-Building: Develop relationships with our customers to increase our engagement while creating positive experiences for them in our store and with our products.
- Problem Solving: Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
- Sales: Use your understanding of our products to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and communication.
- Keep Informed: Be adaptable as you learn new products, promotions, or marketing strategies quickly, keeping our customers informed of any new products/promotions.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers are leaving our stores happy and satisfied, able to engage with our products and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
- Interest in Sales.
- Effective and engaging communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
