In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various functions, including clinical staff, HR, and executive roles. Duties
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws such as employment law and labor regulations.
- Utilize talent acquisition platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Workday to source candidates efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels.
- Lead candidate relationship management (CRM) efforts to nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage employment contracts to secure top talent.
- Stay informed on market trends analysis to adapt sourcing techniques and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Oversee the recruitment process management using HRIS systems like Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives for new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and talent acquisition platforms to optimize candidate sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within human resources or talent acquisition roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, or Workday; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Kronos or UltiPro is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
- Exceptional communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading talent acquisition projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical staff recruitment processes is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Skilled in negotiation tactics to secure mutually beneficial employment agreements.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft enhances your effectiveness in this role.
