Utah Family Wellness is a growing family wellness clinic specializing in infant feeding, tongue tie evaluations and releases, lactation support, and myofunctional therapy. We are a collaborative, patient-centered team with six treatment rooms, supportive providers, and a fun, positive work environment.
We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Medical Assistant who enjoys staying busy, loves helping families, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (2/3 days per week)
- Approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours may be shorter on lighter patient days based on clinic schedule.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and families to the clinic
- Room patients and prepare them for their appointments
- Take and document vital signs
- Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms between patients
- Assist providers during patient visits and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic
- Complete general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the day
- Help organize supplies and treatment areas
- Cross-train to answer phones and assist the front office as clinic needs allow
- Support the team wherever needed to provide an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
- CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with electronic medical records is helpful but not required
