Job Summary
A valuable member of our team, as a maintenance technician, you will work with the production department and production manager to ensure that all equipment is running safely and efficiently. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and MVR.
Job Responsibilities

Repair and perform preventive maintenance for heavy industrial machinery and vehicles.

Oil, grease, fill fluids and make adjustments on machinery to keep them running efficiently.

Follow periodic maintenance instructions, procedures and schedules

Complete maintenance logs and signoff sheets

Perform equipment repairs.

Assist with equipment installation.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by functioning and communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Mechanical & Electrical experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
-
Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
-
Must be able to repetitively use hand tools.
-
Must be able to climb steps, walk over uneven or obstructed surfaces.
-
Must be able to work in a dirty, dusty, greasy, oily environment.

Must be able to wear a respirator and dusk mask as required.

Must be able to work in elevated areas.
