We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in providing top-tier care to our patients, contributing to their overall oral health while working in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take and develop X-rays as needed
- Assist dentists in identifying and treating dental issues
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized workspace
- Build rapport with patients, making their visits as comfortable as possible
Requirements:
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and oral health education
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
