The Darmstadt Shelter is hiring a Weekend Kitchen Manager.
Schedule: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM Sat. & Sun. Possible overtime.
Responsibilities: Basic cooking and food preparation skills, serving dinner, wrapping food, and cleaning kitchen equipment. Responsibilities might also include some light office work: answering phones, maintaining records, and transporting residents to appointments in company vehicle. Good boundaries, communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Requirements: A valid NYS Driver’s License, along with reliable transportation; be able to pass CPS Clearance; and be able to clear NYS Justice Center Fingerprinting background clearance. This position includes Family’s generous benefits package. Possibility for advancement.
Pay: $18.95 per hour
