What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for children.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Use KinderCare's curriculum to create fun, hands-on learning experiences.
- Partner with your teaching team to provide exceptional care and education.

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- At least 2,000 hours of experience working with children (required)
- Experience in daycare, child care, preschool, nannying, babysitting, elementary education, coaching, camp counseling, or youth programs
- A passion for helping children learn and grow
- The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
- The ability to meet Pennsylvania child care licensing and background check requirements
