Job Overview
We are currently hiring for Fill/In'/ Part time employees! You get to make your own schedule. You do have to work 16 hours every 7 days but you get to determine what days and hours based off of the hours that we function. We are open 24 hours a day. We have morning, evening and graveyard hours available each day!
We care for developmentally disabled adults in their homes! We have a variety of individuals that we care for! They are the most loving people you will ever meet and they truly make a difference in your life! We have high functioning and low functioning individuals! We have medically complex and those that are not! We care for over 70 individuals. It is one on one care.
Duties
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping duties
- Personal Hygeine
- Administering Medications (We pay for this certification!)
- Teaching them everyday living skills
- Electronically documenting
- Community Activities! (We have company cars! All outings are paid for!)
- Behavior Intervention
- Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment
- Keeping open communication with nursing department and management.
