We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at EOM Home Care in New York, NY. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring patients
Monitor and report patient conditions to our team of healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and-family members
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs

Requirements:
Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate
Recent Physical
Rubella and Rubeola Immunizations
TB Screening or QuantiFERON
Two forms of identification
