Seeking a compassionate, culturally competent, motivated clinician who is looking for an opportunity to grow in our private practice specialty and can also pursue their own area of clinical focus. Our practice has an opening for one bilingual LSW/LCSW clinician to join our team. RSFC is a small private practice focused on supporting women and families, including perinatal mental health support, parenting support and couples counseling.
Clinician should have interest and/or experience working in perinatal mental health and couples counseling as well as have a willingness to work with school age children as needed. We support our clinicians in growing in any additional areas of interest.
We offer a flexible schedule and supportive work environment with free supervision towards independent licensure. Clinician should have at least 2 days per week available to work out of the Flemington office, with the possibility to work from home for part of schedule if desired. Starting at $50/hr (LSW) and $65 (LCSW). LAC or LPC will also be considered.
Expectations:
-afternoon/evening availability at least two days per week, in person availability at least two days per week
-comfortable with both in person and telehealth sessions
-LSW/LCSW or be awaiting BSWE approval for LSW (licensure must be approved prior to start date)
-minimum 1 year clinical experience
-be willing to commit to growing to at least 12-15 hours per week, caseload will build up over time
-Bilingual English/Spanish
