We are seeking a highly skilled, values-driven HVAC Heat Pump Installer / Technician to join our 5-Star rated team. In this role, you will be in a two-person crew (alongside an Install Apprentice) to deliver flawless, high-quality residential installations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead High-Quality Installations: Own the install, commissioning, and homeowner walkthroughs for ducted and ductless heat pump systems (exclusively Mitsubishi and Quilt), ERVs, and dehumidifiers.
- Uphold Manufacturer Specs: Perform refrigeration, electrical, and airflow diagnostics with 100% precision. We follow manufacturer specifications without exception.
- Do the Right Thing: From recovering all refrigerent to installing properly sized equipment on every project. We are uncompromising in our commitment to quality and exceeding customer expectations.
- Mentor & Coach: Guide and develop your assigned Install Apprentice, modeling excellent technical skills, safety habits, and customer communication.
- Represent with Pride: Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized job sites. Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of residential HVAC installation and service experience (Lead Installer experience preferred).
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is required. If you do not already have your, we can help with that through the Healthy Home Academy.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Mitsubishi or other high-efficiency heat pump systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude. We have a strict "no egos, no shortcuts" policy.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
