About the Role

The ideal candidate understands how technical products move from concept and manufacturing through customer engagement, sales, and market growth.
This person will work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop product strategies, launch new products, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with a high degree of independence and urgency. They should be able to quickly establish credibility with experienced professionals, influence cross-functional teams, and take ownership of complex business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Own product roadmaps and strategic initiatives in collaboration with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership
- Lead new product introduction activities from initial concept through commercial launch
- Identify new business opportunities through customer feedback, competitive research, market analysis, and industry trends
- Work directly with customers and sales teams to understand technical requirements and develop commercially viable solutions
- Lead proposals, RFPs, and strategic customer opportunities
- Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, market, and product data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
- Develop product positioning, presentations, sales tools, training materials, and technical marketing content
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and resolve commercial, operational, and product-related challenges
- Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and business development activities
- Provide leadership and direction on strategic product initiatives and growth opportunities
- Travel approximately 30%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international travel

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Ability to travel up to 30%
