Traveling Production & Manufacturing Supervisor

Millwood, Inc. is seeking a driven and hands-on Traveling Production & Manufacturing Supervisor to support operations across multiple facilities. In this leadership role, you will be on the front lines, coaching teams, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and helping build a strong, performance-driven culture across our plants. What You’ll Do
Travel up to 80% to support and supervise operations at Millwood facilities across the East Coast
Lead, train, and develop plant floor team members to meet and exceed production, safety, and quality goals
Ensure adherence to company policies with fairness, consistency, and professionalism
Perform daily audits to verify product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards
Maintain a safe working environment by providing training, monitoring equipment use, and enforcing protocols
Accurately manage daily inventory reporting, production logs, and attendance records
Address and document employee relations issues, including performance and attendance
Engage directly with production teams to motivate and resolve challenges in real time
Support continuous improvement projects and align local operations with broader company goals
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable using computers and standard software (experience with ADP or ERP systems is a plus)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Must be able to travel up to 80% throughout the East Coast
